$10 flat rate for normal post.

If you need TRUE HARVEST products ASAP then you may select express at checkout where the rate will be adjusted accordingly.

All orders are sent with signature on delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your email will contain your tracking details.

International shipping costs

International shipping is based on your shipping zone and the total weight of your order.* (Eight weight categories ranging from 0-13kg.)

You will get a preview of the shipping cost at checkout, then when you are happy to proceed you can continue to checkout.

International shipping costs in AUD:

  • Zone 1: $20-$55
  • Zone 2: $20-$85
  • Zone 3: $30-$85

International shipping delivery approx. time frames: 

  • Zone 1: 4 - 6 business days
  • Zone 2: 6 - 13 business days
  • Zone 3: 10 - 15 business days

When will your order arrive?

We know how exciting it is to receive our products and we hope to have them in the post to you ASAP!

We ship within 1-3 business days. This may alter during public holidays, peak seasonal periods or during sales.

At TRUE HARVEST we are super conscious about how and what we pack our products in. All packaging is environmentally friendly and recyclable. They are made from biodegradable materials, mainly corn starch and cassava roots.  

How to compost them:

Ideally, these should be sent to composting facilities to be properly broken down and composted. If you are in Australia, please see https://www.aora.org.au/find-a-composter  to find a composter near you. You can also ask your local council if they can provide a composting green bin for you. 

To compost them at home, it’s best to cut them up and place in your compost bin (as “brown” materials). These will completely break down within 90 days in a compostable environment. 


Did you know that our awesome food safe silicone lids and fresh food bags are 100% BPA and plastic-free? Plus, they are reusable and hard-wearing unlike plastic!

How to return a product

For our Australian customers only.

If you don’t love your product (although we think you will) we are happy to accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Please note:

  • We can't offer replacement or refund for an item that has been damaged because of incorrect use
  • The items must be unused and in the original packaging
  • No refund will be provided for shipping and handling costs
